About Us

Robert M. Bovarnick, Esq. has represented businesses and their principals for more than three decades. In 2002 he founded his own firm based in Philadelphia, PA, Bovarnick and Associates, LLC. Previous to founding Bovarnick and Associates, LLC, he served as the Vice Chair of the Bankruptcy Practice Group at Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads, one of the largest law firms in Philadelphia.

Bovarnick and Associates, LLC offers a diverse range of business law services which include: determining business models; drafting all types of business-related contracts; representation in mergers and acquisitions; renegotiating debts and representing companies and creditors in bankruptcies; and representing businesses and their owners as both plaintiffs and defendants in business litigation. The Firm has represented businesses of all sizes across numerous industries.

In addition to overseeing a thriving law firm, Rob has also been featured as a legal analyst on the Fox Business Network and as a columnist for Forbes, the Philadelphia Evening Bulletin and Pennsylvania Law Weekly. For five years he was responsible for leading the Advanced Bankruptcy Seminar at Rutgers University Law School-Camden.

Since 2006, Rob has been selected as a Pennsylvania “Super Lawyer” in the areas of business, business litigation and commercial bankruptcy.  Also since 2006, he has been consistently named as one of the “Preeminent Lawyers in America” by LexisNexis.  In 2015, Bovarnick and Associates, LLC, was a finalist for “Small Law Firm of the Year” by Smart CEO magazine.
