The Firm has represented many parties involved in real estate, including developers, brokers, residential and commercial owners, management companies and title companies.

The Firm is heavily engaged in negotiating short sales for clients who invested in real estate in Florida, only to find the slow down in Florida real estate market to cause a number of the properties to go into foreclosure.

In one case of note, the Firm represented a title company in a bankruptcy case where the company in bankruptcy owned over 300 properties and was accused of numerous fraudulent activities.  The Firm was able to negotiate a resolution that not only was financially advantageous for the client, but also permitting almost 100 properties to be re-recorded, saving the Lenders millions of dollars.
