The Firm has represented companies, both large and small, in the information technology field.  Clients include web designers, companies that provide networking, consulting and ASP services and email management and product data solutions.

The Firm has provided both counseling and litigation assistance, ranging from suing for the collection of receivables to defending cases where the proposed IT solution did not work.  In once case, the Firm was asked by a client to recover a past due receivable.  Through creative and aggressive lawyering, the Firm recognized the defendant had violated the client's intellectual property rights.  The Firm turned a simple collection case into a case where the recovery to the client was many multiples of the amount the client was owed.
