Overview
While Barbara's principal focus with the Firm is trademark registration and protection, she often deals with agreements regarding the licensing of copyrighted works or trademarks and others addressing protecting intellectual property by way of agreements for trade secrets, confidentiality and non – competition.
In addition to her practice, Barbara has authored numerous publications, taught classes and seminars and is a member of many professional associations.
